Rules of Entry

  1. The Northamptonshire Logistics Awards are free to enter for any logistics company, those in the supply chain or working in the sector or related logistics activity taking place in Northamptonshire
  2. Entries are treated in confidence but will be shared with a select group of individuals for judging purposes.
  3. All entries must be on the forms supplied.
  4. Supporting information can be submitted
  5. Entrants may be asked for testimonials.
  6. Sponsor organisations are not permitted to enter their own category (even if different sites / part of a group of companies)
  7. Entries will be judged by an independent and impartial panel of judges.
  8. Winners will be announced at the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards Dinner on Friday 11th October 2024
  9. Entry to more than one category is permitted, but must be a separate entry application.
  10. Applicants must be authorised to enter their organisation into the awards programme.
  11. Incomplete entries will not be judged.
  12. All entries that meet all of the rules will be acknowledged on receipt. Entry forms will become the property of the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards and its partners and entries will not be returned.
  13. Proof of sending entry (by email) is not proof of receipt by Northamptonshire Logistics Awards
  14. The closing date for entries is as stated on the website and may be subject to change.
  15. The judges’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Where in the opinion of the judges, the required standards are not met for any given award the judging panel will not make that award in any particular year.
  17. By registering and completing an entry for the Awards you agree to these terms and conditions.
